• Payment information: billing name, billing address, and payment method. Card and PayPal account details are handled directly by our payment processors and are not stored on our servers.
• Communications: messages you send to our support team or feedback you share with us.

• Usage data: features used, content generated, actions taken, timestamps, and session activity.
• Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs, and diagnostic logs.

• Authentication providers (e.g., Google, if you sign in with a third-party account): your name, email, and a unique identifier.

• Service providers: hosting and infrastructure (e.g., Vercel), database and authentication (e.g., Supabase), AI model providers (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI), analytics, customer support, and email delivery vendors that process data on our behalf under written agreements.
• Payment processors: PayPal and other processors handle your payment details to complete transactions. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.
• Legal and safety: when required by law, court order, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of WiseContent, our users, or others.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.
• With your consent: for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time we collect the information.

We and our partners use cookies, web beacons, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember your preferences, analyze usage, and support marketing efforts. The cookies we use fall into the following categories:

We do not use your business inputs or generated outputs to train our own foundation models, and we contractually require our AI providers not to use your content to train their public models on a per-customer basis where the provider offers that option.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before publishing it. Output may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied on as professional advice.

We use PayPal and may use other payment processors to handle subscription payments. When you submit payment information, it is transmitted directly to the processor over an encrypted connection. We receive only the information needed to confirm your transaction (such as a confirmation token, the last four digits of your card, and billing country) and do not store full card numbers on our systems. The processor’s collection and use of your payment information is governed by its own privacy policy.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it (for example, for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes).

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
